Welcome to Yoga with Riss! I’m Riss, and yoga has been an integral part of my life since 2014. Over the years, yoga has not only helped me build strength and flexibility, but it’s also guided me toward deeper self-awareness and mindfulness. In 2024, I took my practice to the next level by completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
My approach to teaching yoga is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible and enjoyable for every body. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can move, breathe, and grow at your own pace. Every body is unique, and yoga should adapt to your needs, not the other way around.
